lartsana.com works to ensure the security of transactions with our customers and therefore we only work with the safest means of payment. All communications with sensitive data are secured by SSL certificate. Below we detail the payment systems currently available in our online store.
BS Virtual POS (Banco Sabadell)
The virtual POS is a device prepared to work in a totally safe way within the sales operation through Internet, that is to say:
A.- It will try to contact the issuing bank of the card to request the authentication of the holder (verification of his identity) before requesting the corresponding authorization request. This guarantees that only the genuine cardholder, the owner of the card, will be able to operate with it.
B.- Implements SSL in all communications that prevent the interception of information by third parties. Therefore, confidentiality is ensured in all communications that are established during the transaction.
C.- It also enables mechanisms to prove the authenticity of the origin of the transactions and also prevents the manipulation of data by third parties. This ensures the integrity of the transaction data.
D.- The card data are not known by lartsana.com, thus preventing this information from being used later by third parties in a fraudulent manner. (The best way to safeguard sensitive customer information is NOT to have it). This information is conveniently stored by the Virtual POS which in turn will provide it to the payment system when necessary (for example in a return).
Therefore, all transactions carried out through the Virtual POS will have all the guarantees of security, confidentiality and integrity for the participating agents: cardholders and their issuing entities, and merchants and their acquiring entities.
The Virtual POS will be updated with the latest versions of secure payment issued by international organisations.
How does it work?
1. The merchant contacts the Virtual POS and provides the transaction details: the amount, currency, identification and name of the merchant.
2. The Virtual POS requests the card and expiry date from the customer.
3. The Virtual POS contacts the financial institution that issued the card.
4. The issuing institution requests authentication from the customer. The customer can prove his identity by means of a password, a telephone call, etc., as agreed with his issuing institution.
5. The Virtual POS requests authorization from the issuing entity.
It may happen in some cases that the issuing entity and the card holder have not yet agreed on any authentication method, so step 4 is not always carried out, although from the point of view of lartsana.com the transaction is still secure.

Payments can be made by bank transfer. Lartsana.com works with "Banco Sabadell" to facilitate your payments.
The bank transfer or deposit in account is the preferred system for those who are still suspicious of online payment. Payment by bank transfer or deposit in account is, and will continue to be, the safest system, although little by little it is relegated by its non-automaticity at the time of making a purchase.
The bank transfer or payment in account supposes a delay in the management of its purchase which will not enter in process of preparation until it has been confirmed the same one.
Transfer or account deposit?
The bank transfer enjoys the convenience of making a payment from your trusted office by ordering a transfer of money from your current or savings account to the one indicated by you as the destination account. This method has the exception of a commission charged by your office if the payment is not made to another of the same bank or box.
The deposit in account is the displacement on your part to the office chosen by you for the payment and the deposit of the agreed amount to one of the accounts made available to you for the payment of your purchases. This operation has no associated commission.
Confirmation of the transfer
Your order will enter the packaging process once payment has been confirmed. The item ordered by you will remain reserved for 7 days during which you can make payment. On our part, we will check our accounts in search of it.
If you want to speed up the shipment of your order send us a copy of the proof of transfer or deposit to email@example.com and we will proceed to package and ship it.
