1. Transport and delivery times
Once you have placed your order we will make it especially for you, we will do our best to have it in your hands in 48/72 hours.
It is possible that delivery may be delayed for reasons beyond our control, in which case we will inform you at all times of the status of your order, if it is important for you to have the piece on a specific date please indicate so we can manage it properly.
Do not forget to sign the delivery note when you receive the goods, so we ensure that the transport has been correct and has taken place in the stipulated time, if there was any claim regarding the state of the package to receive it or undesired delays we can open an incident and solve the problem detected.
Is important that you state on the delivery note the problem detected in the transport, is the only way we have to prove the incident, otherwise we could not guarantee the claim.
2. Shipments
We bet for a solvent company that is able to make arrive the most delicate object in perfect conditions until your hands and always on time.
We reach every corner of the country, we do not want anyone to have to stay without being able to show off our designs.
We will try that the price is not a barrier to be able to acquire our products, we bet by the honesty and therefore we will apply the most economic expenses of shipment that are possible to us.
3. Returns
We recommend that you return your order by registered mail or return receipt, to avoid any possible loss. In any case, the return may be made by any other means as long as there is proof that it has been made within the established period. We cannot be held responsible for returns that do not reach our workshop. The expenses of the shipment of the articles that you wish to return, will run to your charge; we cannot accept returns sent to due postage. We also inform you that we cannot accept returns and exchanges of products purchased in physical stores, department stores or official distributors.
Is important that your products are in the same condition as they were delivered, retaining their original packaging and labeling. Along with the returned items we need you to include proof of purchase, your name, surname, address (specifying that this is a return in the package) and a phone number for us to contact you if there is a problem with your return.
Returned items will be carefully inspected. Once verified that they are in perfect condition will proceed to pay the amount. The return will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of receipt of the item. Please note that the return cannot include the shipping costs for your initial order.
Due to the handmade process carried out with each of our pieces it is possible that some of the colors or shapes of the stones or articles vary slightly in relation to the images shown on our website. If you want to make a change in size or color of article, you must place a new order, processing the return of your previous order and requesting a refund of the amount of it.
